The open-source libraries used by the Service (pdf-lib, PDF.js, Tesseract.js, etc.) retain their respective open-source licenses.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided without warranty of any kind. WebToolsDen does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Tool results (conversions, OCR text, compressions) are provided on a best-effort basis. We recommend always keeping backups of important original files before processing.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WebToolsDen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, file corruption, or loss of business. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service (which is zero, as the Service is free).
7. File Responsibility
You retain full ownership of all files you process using WebToolsDen. Since all processing happens locally in your browser, WebToolsDen has no access to your files and bears no responsibility for their content. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to process any files you submit to the tools.
8. Service Availability
WebToolsDen is provided free of charge and we make no guarantee of uptime or availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any legal proceedings.
